Unless you repeatedly went to the same tattoo parlor getting randomly tattooed only to end up with this by chance, you didn't actually earn that tat.

I've put in 300+ hrs at the tattoo shop and still no gally tattoo! What gives, Destiny? Stupid rng crap... I've been to the shop with all three characters every week for god knows how long. Since the shop opened on day one. I even went to the shop during its beta phase, before it opened to the public. Only real inkheads know the grind.
