Didn't get "Strangers Rifle"

Hi. I finished the storyline with my second character. But I didn't see the Celebration Scene and I didn't get the strangers rifle. What went wrong?

Hey man same thing happened to me as well...just redo the last mission on easy and hopefully the scene will play out...no need to do the campaign again
