Live and learn my friend.I say keep it around for a while since you just paid for it and as a lesson.Then once you have taken the time and find a reputable artist the you can always get it covered up by a better kickass tattoo. Just remember to take your time in choosing a tattoo the placement and the artist.Even if it means spending the extra cash, it's worth it in the end.
