So as well all know xur sold Gjallarhorn last weekend, i myself had 2 Gjallarhorns before this sale. I was surprised by him selling it , i really wanted my 3rd gally but i didnt want to buy it so i let it go. Something about wanting it to be a surprise when i got it made my choice a lot easier. Fast forward to sunday im playing Trials with some clanmates , i was lvl 34 self res WL , one a 31 striker, and the other a lvl 22 striker. Flawless victory was achieved hit the light house chest nothing special then we go to the reef , heres where it gets interesting i select my first purple package reward and at the top right of my screen i see a shiny Gjallarhorn of course i was excited at the fact i got it so soon after passing xurs offer up, but it was over yet i go to the final purple package reward , upon redemption i get another shiny Gjallarhorn. You talk about ridiculous excitement. My point here is maybe just maybe those Gjallarhorns purchased this weekend might not be as important as the ones ive earned. Not elitist. Okay maybe a little bit ;). But definitely sentimental. Edit: I have no issue with xur selling gjallarhorn or people that bought gjallarhorn(s)
