My actual answer: I like the fact that he's just staying there creepily in front of the temple. It makes the temple so much scarier. Honestly the exiled fallen would try to raid his grave or if it was too close to the temple the hive would destroy it. Edit: If buried on the tower after the story mission completion the grave area should open up for you to see it could work
