Shanks with precision damage point
I've killed maybe 1200 shanks bust not a precision kill
I believe they should have a precision point
It would make some bounties easier

Noble shanks can't take precision damage until their shield is down. That would be the case anyway. Once the shield is down, they are just normal, pathetic shanks
