[spoiler]Doesn't matter. In reality, people are hooked up to feeding tubes so they don't have to worry about that. The body also slows down immensely during sleep to conserve energy. If the stasis pod doesn't have a way to keep the occupant fed, then that's a really shitty design. Unless it's like the ones in Halo where your body is frozen cryogenically.[/spoiler]

Her body's just preserved by the tachyons but the stasis pod just acts as a storage container, doesn't keep her frozen or feed her, it's cold inside like a fridge but that's about it. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]Tachyon's are theoretical molecules of time. When she teleported she absorbed them all and became the quantum drive then preserving her, but since time is a constant, she kept living. You don't have to get it. You might be too young to understand anyways[/spoiler]

Nobody knows the science, since Tachyon's aren't real, but I'm doing my best way to explain the most plausible/theoretical way.
