It says I have 78/76 ghosts but I'm missing 5 points in the ghosts. It doesn't make sense. I'm aware of one of the ghosts being able to be collected multiple times, without any bonus to your grimoire score, but it affects the count of the ghosts you have collected. I guess I picked that one up three times?

Hello, You actually have all the ghost fragments. The reason websites will say your missing 5 points, is because of a glitch with Ghost Fragment: Reef 3. It is not recognizable right now. You still have the grimoire points from it however as well as the card.
