Hmmm Kell would be an interesting quest, assisting me is the hard part, I need to make a name for myself and spread my preaching throughout the Houses

I am sure if you talked to Variks he could connect you to the Queen. But as for getting a good grounding with the Elinski I would talk to Randal the Vandal. He has ambitions on Kell too but only for the House of Devils. If you could convince him to be connected you could start at Winter or even the Kings. You need to make a positive name for yourself
