"We think he's going by a different name now - Vagantem, by the hotel roster. He may have been kidnapped earlier today by an unidentifiable group. His hotel window was broke. He was gone, but a hefty amount of weaponry was left behind. It's not the kind of stuff one just leaves for house keeping." The man makes a motion between Revy and himself. "My...partner and I found a holo recording claiming that he was taken as a protege. They used your last name when speaking of him. Do you know anything that could lead us to where he is?"

"No... But if they knew his name.... Well... Barely anyone knows his original name. They must be pretty good at what they do to have been able to find him... Also, when i see him, or when you see him, i would like to have a "talk" with him... "

Markov's lips twitch into a smirk at the mention of a Talk. "Leaving behind your name is pretty personal. Why did he do it? What could link him back to his first name?"

"I have no idea. But I did take latin... Vagantem, means "Roamer..." When we defeated Brutus, he talked about leaving to find his true home... Maybe they eavesdropped. I'm really not sure."

Gregori nods, taking that in. "What about contacts? Is there anybody who would still know him by his original name?"

"One person he was close with was Eva. But she is the only person he really trusts... As all the others have most of the time, left him for dead."

"Where can I find Eva?" It seems like the obvious question to ask, but that doesn't make it a bad one.

"Im not sure... Maybe your hacker friend can find her though." [b]She looks at Revy[/b] "oh yeah! On it." [b]Revy begins running numbers through her gauntlet.[/b]

Markov waits patiently. What else is there to do?

"GOT IT! She is somewhere around Centra! We might be able to find her! Lets go!" [b]Revy gets up and runs back to the surface.[/b]

The cyborg has just enough time for a grateful nod in Emily's direction before he's chasing after Revy. When they're back to the surface and the car, he sets a hand on the doorframe and pants. "Is there a reason we ran?" he asks, gasping.

[b]Revy looks at you.[/b] "I dont know. Kind of energetic!" [spoiler]think of her as the doctor from RvB season 12-13. She's cheery, dark, and energetic. [/spoiler]

Gregori straightens up with a groan. "Right. Why don't you put that energy toward driving us back into the city. We also need to find out as much about Andrew and his aliases as possible. His contact might know more, but can you search through digital records and build some sort of biography for him?"

"Ok.... Andrew grew up in Cylak. His mom and dad worked for a rebellion, and him and his sister were quite close. When the war started between the Monarchy and the rebellion, his dad died. The rebels won, and his mom was elected onto the city council (THIS city council is like the high council or something, they make the decisions of the city and all that.) Quite soon though, Andrew met a man named Henry Silryte. He took him under his wing and they traveled to Cedyetica together. They joined the Nouisaeculi (the former rebellion force in Cedyetica), and began adventuring around it. Andrew was the second highest rank eventually, where Henry was the highest. Eventually, Andrew got into a fight with a cyborg in an old town named Nomalap. The cyborg challenged Andrew to a draw, and Henry volunteered as tribute. Henry went up against the Cyborg, and Henry lost. Andrew killed the Cyborg, and vouched to avenge Henry. He took his gun and returned to the Nouisaeculi. He was promoted to the new leader and changed his last name to Silryte, unofficially, and in honor of his mentor. Andrew ventured around Cedyetica for a long time, and eventually had the Monarch at gunpoint. He remembered Henry's last words, and decided not to kill the Monarch. He then left the Nouisaeculi, and went on alone. His sister eventually arrived, (Emily is an engineering genius, and they are all human too, not hackers or anything. But Emily DOES have an epic suit of armor that makes her like, 100x stronger) and following that came the Psion uprising. In the final battle, Andrew lost his hand... Anyways. He decided that Cedyetica wasnt his home, and left into the wild to find it. His true home. He never felt comfortable in Cedyetica or Cylak... Anyways. The place where his mentor was buried was burned down a while ago... strange. Anyways. Lets go find this "Eva."

Feeling his head spin from all of that information, Markov gives his head a shake. "All right," he agrees. "Let's go." [i]I didn't know what was worse, the city or the desert. Both were filled with a different kind of desolation, where humanity was fed to its surrounding environment without pity or remorse. One just had more rain.[/i]
