Hello,
You actually have all the ghost fragments. The reason websites will say your missing 5 points, is because of a glitch with Ghost Fragment: Reef 3. It is not recognizable right now. You still have the grimoire points from it however as well as the card.

Okay, awesome. I figured that was the situation but i wasn't entirely sure.
