Are you guys planning to improve the matchmaking system for the crucible to deal with the constant lag issues ? I hardly ever play a game where there aren't several lagging enemies in it that do not take damage properly. Trials of Osiris supposedly has connection based matchmaking, but it suffers from the same problem. This game does not need skill based matchmaking, it needs a region/connection based system to lessen the effects of lag, otherwise all the weapon tuning etc. and the skill based matchmaking system itself are all irrelevant since the connection issues makes most games unbalanced.

2 RepliesWhat level do i start the Taken King at? Is it based on the gear i am wearing when the expansion drops? When marks change over do we get a sum of the two for 400 or do we just have the normal 200 mark cap? What is the difference between the new exotics and the ones obtained in year one? Will there be any reason to go back and play older raids/PoE? Can we re-roll armour pieces yet? Will Trials of Osiris come with new gear and new guns altogether or just have the same stuff at a higher level when the expansion drops? How much new content is actually in the expansion compared to the original release of Destiny?

Luke Smith said in an interview that they were working on increasing vault space but were having some trouble. What was the issue and has it been fixed/increased for TTK?

Will previous faction awards be removed from the game when TTK releases? Many of us have worked for months to get a shader or ship and it would be a shame if it was all for nothing.

Do we need to get another strangers rifle and if so will it reset your crucible metal score and all your stats?

Will matchmaking favor putting groups against other groups? No more clans vs randoms.

1 ReplyCouple questions regarding factions, that is if they have not yet been explained. 1. When TTK drops will faction drops (shaders and ships) change? Such as new shaders and ships or even new emblems, or will they remain the same? 2. Will frequency of drops be changed at all or at least set to a specific level achieved with a certain faction? I know people with 100+ lvls into a faction and have yet to receive ship or every shader. 3. Love the idea of pledging allegiance to the faction a player has taken a liking to. Usually loyalty is met with reward and no, I don't mean shaders and ships. With ghost shells and class items now giving stats and perks, will specific factions give any added perks for being a loyal supporter over time? For example, someone has shown allegiance to NM for 6 weeks without changing faction, now they have access to specific vendor items or maybe rep bonus. 4. Final question. Will experience be reset upon switching factions? Such as, I just had 2345 rep with DO. When I switch to FWC it starts at 0 and my DO is set back to 0 upon switching back. Hopefully these make it into the stream. Factions need to have a much larger role in Destiny. As they were originally intended to have. Thanks for reading.

1 ReplyWhen TTK sets our level based on our light level - will it use the armor we have equipped or the highest values we have? If it is based on what we have equipped is it when we first log-in after the TTK upgrade or some other point in time? Do we need to have open slots with the postmaster for the applicable year one rewards (whatever they may be)? If so - how many per character. Or will they come thru via special orders?

1 ReplyI saw a legendary artifact under the class item, is this ( one ) of the new methods of obtaining faction reputation? I heard that pledging allegiance to a faction allowed you to obtain reputation from them despite whether or not you are wearing faction oriented gear.
