Twitch Questions for Live Reveal

5 RepliesHey man, great stream yesterday. Very informative. But my question, that I've posted for months has been unanswered....can we change our guardians appearance? Specifically his hair. He looks like a space tramp. I heard the dev mid stream say he keeps his helmet on because he looks like he man. Well, the fact there's more guardians, like me, that have to hide under their sweaty helmets, afraid to show their true beauty due to bad haircuts (and no ability to rotate character on creation) should warrant an explanation of some form. Sure, I could start a new character and bump him up to 25....but that's not the point. Cheers if you read this.

Regarding the gear for the prison of elders is there any plans to give us the ability to somehow merge them together? Along the lines of murmur/vesting dynasty where if you have 2 or more maxed out pieces they could be merged and then all you need to do is have 1 piece with the various enemies that can be selected thus saving the need to have up to 4 pieces of the same armour filling your inventory!

8 RepliesWhat will happen to old guns/armor? Will 300/331 weapons and light 30/36 armor still be upgradable with etheric light? I get that those stats will change but how's it gonna go down? Will ALL old legendary guns go to 160 or something, regardless of their attack value now?

But got sick of useless drops way back n VoG with constant ships / Shaders / sparrows with zero dismantle value It's being perpetuated

7 RepliesThis thread seems utterly pointless. There were many, many community questions presented here that could have been quickly and easily answered, and the stream would have felt like more of a conversation between bungie and its community, rather than the obviously scripted show we watched yesterday. I have no problem with a scripted walk through, I really don't. I'm sure you guys had meetings and meetings discussing exactly what would be revealed during the stream and that's fine I would expect nothing less. But, there's no need for a thread like this, or the 'let's cut to Cozmo to get a question from the community' stuff if it's all disingenuous. You can still make use of this thread, why not comment on some of the questions that you can answer, give some more info that you didn't have time to talk about during the stream. We seem to see these types of threads so often with little to no back and forth with bungie reps. Obviously, there are things you want to leave a mystery. I think it would do a lot to strengthen community/developer relations, though, if you had more of a back and forth with us. I usually don't comment, more of a lurker, so apologies for the wall of text. I'm excited for year two, just confused about some of the bungie/community interactions that I've seen.
