Will TTK transfer over from last gen to new gen consoles like HoW and TDB did or will we have to buy it again if we switch over

Bungie already answered this: "The Taken King kicks off Year two of Destiny, unfortunately the free upgrade to next gen consoles was only available for Year one content" So... no.
