When will the Digital Download ($40 version) be available for pre-order for Xbox 360?

Unfortunately there is and never will be a digital preorder for 360 or PS3 one of the forum managers answered my question a month ago and said the day of the Taken king so I won't get my suros upgrade pack ;-;

Oh, I thought PS3 could get it but not 360 cause the site had "Come Soon" for 360...Well that sucks.
