When TTK sets our level based on our light level - will it use the armor we have equipped or the highest values we have? If it is based on what we have equipped is it when we first log-in after the TTK upgrade or some other point in time? Do we need to have open slots with the postmaster for the applicable year one rewards (whatever they may be)? If so - how many per character. Or will they come thru via special orders?
