Will the vex and necrocasm be obtainable in a different way since the first two raids will not longer be relevant?

Dude, the raids won't be gone, they'll just be easy. It doesn't take away the chance to get those weapons, are you high?

now why would "raid" weapons be obtainable outside of the raid??? and as long as you want those weapons the raids are still relevant
