It seems like there may be a quest line to upgrade the Strangers Rifle to become an exotic or something. Will it stay as a Pulse Rifle, or become Fate of All Fools?

No it prob doesn't become fate of all fools 99% sure it turns into No Time To Explain, it looks exactly the same
