- What is the plan for people who preordered the Digital Collector's Edition now that the extras (emotes, class items, shaders) are being offered separately for $20? It was stated more than a month ago that there would be news for these people. - When will digital versions of The Taken King be available on the Xbox 360? Currently all options on the Where To Buy page say "Coming Soon." - Will there be digital upgrade versions available as they were previously? i.e., will buying the digital version of the game on the Xbox 360/PS3 give a free digital version on the Xbox One/PS4? - Will the drop rate of the Crux of Crota be addressed? For the number of times I've completed CE HM, the number of drops I've seen is insanely low. Surely you don't expect people to run this 100 times before getting a Crux to drop? - In this vein, there's been talk about loot being "smart" in The Taken King. We were told that the Crota's End raid was supposed to have smart loot, but I know a few people where it takes them 30-40+ attempts at CE NM to get their first drop of a single item. Why should we believe you that this is changed for tTK? - What date will the new raid be available? Many people want to be able to be there for it right away for many reasons—most at least want to have the unique ability to experience the raid blind (as this will be only the third time that's even possible), and every hour/day that passes is time where things could be spoiled for them. Therefore, many wish to take time off of work to do the raid, but this is impossible to schedule without knowing when the raid will be available. It is getting to the point for many where if they have to wait longer to put in requests, there is a significantly lower chance of having that time off approved. Please, please, please, can this be answered?
