About weps: I saw that the Vault had changed, and I'd like to know how?
Also, upgrading weps, you said we can "Sacrifice" a Legendary to upgrade a Year one legendary...will it be Viable for TTK, and usable? Or upgraded a small amount?
It also seems we don't need our exotics in the vault anymore?
Light and Ghosts: What are the main light function?
Ghosts are fascinating to me, so does every faction and vendor have a unique shell of their own?

The light question was already covered in the video posted earlier today, and subsequent breakdown of images from it. One of them shows the cursor scrolling over the light stat, and it says it increases both the overall attack and defense.
