will the exp system still treat people like garbage? in other words, the game says you can wear whatever gear you want and be level 40, but may have lower attack/defense. that being said, raid groups and other groups may boot others unless people use legendary gear. so is the blue gear useless once legendary gear is acquired? seems the same as before.
