Q1) I'm currently playing the Disc version of vanilla Destiny, I pre-ordered the Digital Collector Edition, so when TTK is out, do I need to download the whole game again or just the TTK add on?
Q2) What will happen to the original Frontier Ghost skin? will perks be added? will it be available to everyone?

For dark below and house of wolves you already have the content downloaded you just don't have permission to use it. So when Ttk drops you'll just need to download whatever update they drop then.
