These are the things I've been wondering about trading,raid matchmaking,weapon skins,and why doesn't anyone talk I've literally never heard anyone in game

Yep I don't get the no talking either. People constantly complained that there was no option to do it. Then bungie put it in the game and yet no one uses it. At least no one I've ever joined a strike with or ran crucible on a team with have used it. Mine auto joins but it's complete silence.
