Prison Of Elders IS the Fallen Raid. I can't believe people still can't grasp this concept. Reef Raid became The Arena which became Prison Of Elders. The name changed, but the concept was always the same. All Bungie did was stop calling it a raid since it wasn't truly a raid. But there was no raid that was cut. POE is the raid by a different name.
