Why is the drop rate for Hopscotch Pilgrim dreadfully low? This is one weapon I'm sure many ppl, including myself, want to carry over to TTK for Crucible. I've been grinding Dragon strikes for a month, and haven't seen a single one drop for anyone. Also, will there be a material exchange for Exotic shards and Etheric Light? Many ppl have accumulated more than enough of both, with nothing left to do with them.
