Why are UK customers getting ripped off over the pricing of TTK, you'll be losing many day 1 players incl myself, as i do not have the level of stupidity required by your fanbase to make such a purchase. Straight robbery, criminal!
**i'm glad this got so many replies, most of which supportive and positive, great to see this side of the community again.
Unfortunately the q&a was a joke.
Not that i expected much more.
I love destiny, you only need check my stats to see that.
I've invested a lot of time into it, maticulously completing my exotic collection, helping noobs thru countless raids and skolas defeats and still enjoying the game overall.
I accepted ps getting more, didnt like it but accepted it.
However to charge such a substantial hike against the americans is just plain wrong, its not a minor difference but a 50% increase.
£40 Sterling equates to around $62USD.
What justifies that, absolutely nothing.
Not only that but we can also purchase the legendary edition of TTK for £40 also, same price as the standalone dlc.

-
You are wrong legendary is going for 32 to 34 £
-
From where? Its going for £45-£50 most places, the cheapest i've seen it is £39.85.
-
Hot uk deals keep checking prices go up and down . Im feeling to pre order then sell my current copies. Even if its £2 each it could knock ttk down to £31
-
Not a bad shout, n was what i was considering if i did get the leg copy cud sell vanilla plus TDB & HOw for a small fee to bring the price down.
-
This is a great question but knowing bungie they will completely dodge it
-
The pricing doesn't bother me the more I pay the more I contribute to bungie. Is how I see it if you really love the game you won't worry about a slightly higher price
-
Im more comcerned with the inconsitancy in pricing rather than the pricing itself. And the increase outside of america. I can actually purchase the legendary edition copy for £40 also the same price we are being charged for the standalone dlc.

The euro is not in the UK we have sterling and it is worth more than both.
-
This was already addressed earlier. Thank you for the information.
-
Do people not read, the UK is one of the strongest economies in the world and it is £ Sterling!!! Not €Euro!!
-
It's $70 in Australia just for the digital TTK. No shipping required. There's no justification for it to be that high.
-
Thats messed up.
-
A $20 dollar difference, actually, and shipping costs don't exactly come in to play via digital download.
-
$20? Since when? The price of the euro dropped, 40 euros is now worth $44.53 USD. If you could cite your source for where you got $20 extra, it'd be greatly appreciated.

-
Looks like you were right. It's been a while since I've checked the conversion rate. Didn't even think about the value dropping
