Yeah, I'm doing it all the time. Bought TDB and HoW that way and bought the latest episode of Life is Strange that way a couple weeks ago. (I live in Switzerland, so everything is expensive as -blam!-). What you need to do: 1. Change your xbox live account to the US store. 2. Second one is a little bit shady, but when you buy stuff from the store, it will only work if you do it that way. You need to use a VPN to get an US ip address or it won't work for you. I'm using a vpn client on my phone and buy from the US store that way, later you can download it on your console.
