Its been answered in the Help forum that TTK wont transfer from 360 to One for free.
You'd have to purchase both.

Ah bummer, thanks though. That come from someone at bungie or random ppl on the forum? Good way to force ppl into buying the xbone. I've read 360 servers are going down next year
