Will the standard digital version of The Taken King be available for pre-order on Xbox 360?
If it's not, will we then miss out on the pre-order weapon packs?
And carrying on from that, will the 360 digital TTK be upgradable to the Xbox One version like the previous DLCs were?

No, no, and no. However, you can purchase TTK on September 15, and all day-1 TTK players will get the Suros pack. Just buy it on the day it releases and you will get it. Lemme see if I can find the article that Bungie put up that states that. Unfortunately, TTK is not part of the digital upgrade program. You'll have to buy it again when you upgrade consoles.
