Has Treyarch done the impossible with black ops 3? New Zombies Trailer!
Guys I'm shocked that the black ops 3 beta is actually good. Movement is a huge improvement over AW, it feels right. Map design is quality. The gore is awesome.
Time to kill is longer that AW, is perfect. I'm getting a MW2 T2K vibe.
Netcode:
I'm not noticing many BS moments online. I'll need more time with this as the majority of McDonald's wifi connections would still be downloading the game.
Has treyarch done the impossible, invigorated a dying franchise? This could be one of the best cod in years. Zombies should be awesome too, how do you guys feel about the beta?
EDIT: Day 2, so the lag begins. Game was running great yesterday, today the net-code is a complete mess. I'm guessing the servers are stressed, or all the dial-up connections are out in force. :)☺😄
EDIT: I hear a lot of xbox players are having problems with freezing, gun camo not working. Possible fix - Try deleting the game, reinstalling as this has helped other players. If that doesn't work use a second profile.

Matchmaking was having huge issues last night. I have troubles seeing people first; I feel my guns take forever to kill someone yet i die to a couple to the body. No one aims for the head ever. Body shots are just as effective. I haven't played a CoD since Black Ops 2 and I don't like the movement to the game; I don't care for the jet packs and wall running. I'm always getting killed from behind. I'm just not good at the game and probably won't be buying unless zombies is too good to pass up.

6 RepliesThat's good you enjoy it... I had high hopes b/c it was trey arch but I have been disappointed so far. Hardly any customization and everyone looks the same and it feels too much like AW which I didn't like. I feel it's too futuristic. I'm hoping they eventually go back in time and use real weapons

1 ReplyPeople like this? It's literally Destiny with a faster TTK. Played to lvl 28 because I felt the game deserved a fair shot, but I have no intention of booting up the beta again, let alone going out and buying the actual game.

2 RepliesI'm in a love hate thing with it. i've had a few bs moments so far like i shoot them and they kill me before my first bullet even touches them, they out gun me with a pistol (like seriously wtf?!?!?! faster trigger fingers ever). oh and the slide only works half the time unless you hold it down (for a few seconds which can be hard at times). oh and the melee attacks aren't 1 shoting like they always have it takes more then 1 but i don't know how many because i get 1 in then i die every time. but i definitely feel it mostly saved the series (the prestige edition sucked so bad what happened to a remote control something like the last 2).

They're better games coming out worth the $60. I'm more interested in the single player as that's where CoD's strength has always been with a weak multiplayer since MW3. Battlefield's strength though is in its multiplayer with a weak single player.

1 ReplyI'm honestly really enjoying it. SMG's and AR's are still the best weapon class out there, unless you pull a Destiny and shotgun slide everywhere (which is effective but [i]oh so dirty[/i]) I think Treyarch revitalized it. This game feels really polished. The movement system is fluid and combat-oriented. The gun customization is unparalleled in terms of old CoD's and many other first person shooters as well. It just feels so good to hit the boost jumps and slide when you land, like they tuned the controller vibrations and button presses so well. Helpful tip; The lighter you press the jump button, the less boost it consumes, but you still travel the same height. Keep that in mind.
