What if i dismantled The Stranger's Rifle three times and i already got it on all characters? Will i be able to get it again without having to delete a character? Im too attached to all my characters to delete one but i want to get all exotics when ttk launches

Nope. Move all your armor and gear to your vault. Delete a character. Make a new one of same class. Beat the story, get to level 20. Re-equip armor and gear. That's what I did.

Don't listen to this guy. He doesn't know any better than the rest of us. I'm sure we'll either talk to the stranger again, or we might not need it. Don't sweat it.

Getting a new character to level 20 takes 2 days at max if you're doing bounties. Especially with the amount of bounties available through all npc bounty holders. You may be able to get the Strangers Rifle some other way in the future but why wait?

Yah and my rep and stats for that character are gonna come back im not deleting a character

Why waste my time grinding that out? I'm sure the devs WILL NOT tell you that in order to get the new strangers rifle you have to delete a character.

I'm just being rational about this. Tell me, honestly, do you believe that Bungie will make you do all of that for a gun? I understand your point of being completely ready to acquire the new weapon. Just for one second though, answer my question.
