a rare weapon will be more powerful than all of our old Legendaries so IMO no. So anything SHank burn on POE weapons were a waste to help us do skolas easier. That was it! Sad that it was The only purpose for the POE weapons when you can just use FB or VOC or The Scholar. :/ .
