It's actually a legit question.
Sleeper S.: Exotic fusion rifle, heavy but in special slot
Vex M.: Exotic fusion rifle, primary but also in primary slot.
If the SS is in special because it's technically a fusion rifle (special), why is the Vex not in special?

Ok, but again, why is the SS in special, but the Vex in primary? If the Vex remains in primary, shouldn't the SS remain in heavy? Or both in special?
