Most people would tell you its borderline godly bc of final round. But i dont use final round and if I did I would use my unflinching/fr efrideets spear bc of smaller mag size. But it is still a good perk and you have shortgaze scope and good t2 perks. I would love to have that sniper go try it in crucible.
