What time will the stream start if I live on the east coast?

Definitely 2pm. 11pm Pacific. Plus one, plus another one, plus a final one and you're at the East coast. Imagine America split into relatively 4 equal zones, with the splitting lines only going up and down. You really should learn your timezones
