What does selling those things for $20 have anything to do with people who already them in the collector's edition? You don't get extras just because other people are given the option to buy (at a high price...) one piece of what you already paid for as part of a bundle. If you got the digital version than other people are really paying the same price as you did, just in pieces instead of all together in one purchase. If you got the physical version, then they're missing all the physical gifts and you're getting more for your money.
