Where's TTK version ( different price) for those that already own the vanilla digital collector edition.

Nope that's the price for the stand alone expansion but if you see the link they talked about people who pre order the digital guardian edition that include destiny and dlc 1+2 , they will announce something for them soon and will we are still waiting.
