No the cap is the same. The cut the marks you can hold 1200 to 200 (400marks per character). Plus Deej had max on everything. 200marks and 25000 glimmer.

I kind of hope they do. The cost to change Faction allegiance is 2500 glimmer, the same cost as a Faction bond, mark, or cloak. With the current system you can buy a Faction item and put it on anytime you want. This looks like you really have to stick with a Faction for awhile because each switch will cost 2500 glimmer. BTW, we need a currency symbol for Glimmer. I propose this [b]₲[/b]

Each time you buy a Faction Pledge it lasts for 7 days. All base XP for activity completion goes to that faction for those 7 days. Not sure if wearing that particular faction's class item boosts the XP gain or not though.

Are you sure about the pledge lasting 7 days? I thought you just couldn't change your allegiance until a week has passed.

It would be interesting if it only lasted a week. A tweet from Luke Smith said that you'll get rep on the faction and vanguard/crucible at the same time when you pledge to a faction. Since there doesn't appear to be a vanguard or crucible allegiance it might just have to "wear-off." OTOH, it would be better if it didn't expire and you had to be with one faction or another once you pledge. Then you'll always be building rep with the vanguard/crucible and a faction.

Yeah. Like to a certain rank or something and get something for it, and then either stick with the same faction to the next milestone or swap allegiances.
