I don't get the infusing idea do you get another perk from another weapon or those perks are already in that original weapon you trying to upgrade

You don't get any extra perks or anything like that, it just increases the attack value of the weapon you are upgrading. So let's say I have a Suros Regime at 300 attack and I infuse it with another Suros Regime with the same attack value. All of the perks and stats (Reload Speed, Magazine Size, Stability, Rate of Fire, Impact, and Range) stay the same, but the attack value will rise to 310 (or something higher, I'm not quite sure on how much the attack value will rise, only that it will increase upon infusing a weapon).

It hasn't been revealed yet but if I had to guess, I would say probably around 400 because the Level cap is 40. Because when Vanilla Destiny came out, the Level cap was 30, and the max attack value was 300. When the Dark Below dropped, the Level cap was 32 and the max attack value was 331. When the House of Wolves dropped, the Level cap was 34 and the max attack value was 365. So it would only make sense for the max value to be like 415 or so because the new Level cap is 40.

All it does is boost attack damage no additional perks
