So my understanding of the exotics is that all year 1 exotics can be brought up to year 2 in terms of damage values, and some exotics (such as Suros) are getting modifications to their perks and stats. Any exotic already held, no matter when you acquired it, can be replicated in order to replace one you may have dismantled or to give a second copy to another of your characters. Is this accurate? I want to be able to bring my Queenbreaker and Dreg's Promise up to the necessary damage levels to compete with the legendaries and exotics of year 2. Can I do this?
