No, wake up with 0 Legendary marks. Your VG & Crucible marks will be converted into 'commendations' at the postmaster. I'd assume if you have 200/200, you'll get a VG package and a Crucible package for each character with a weapon, maybe a piece of armor, and some motes/strange coins.
I'd assume if you had less than 150 marks, you might only get a piece of armor and motes/strange coins.
