I don't think you get any marks for dismantling gear. Still just motes/weapon parts/armor parts/glimmer. Legendary marks will still be gotten through Nightfall/Weekly & Daily Heroics/Strike Playlists/Crucible/Public Events...

My bad, rewatched. No confirmation on how many though... I'd assume its based on what level the gear is. An ascended weapon SHOULD be worth about 50 marks, and unupgraded weapons should get like 3 - 5. I suppose thats somewhat of a consolation for continuing to run Y1 raids, could end up with enough gear to get 10-15 marks by the end of VoG/CE...

No you can get them through dismantling at least legendary armor as soon as release comes out, it didn't work on the stream because it wasn't 9/15 yet.
