You already got the packages! Every time your rank goes up you received a package from that faction. You already got shit from it, I repeat, read carefully, you already got rewarded for doing so.
And when TTK goes live your rank carries over you have instant access to new shits and you can continue ranking up as usual to get the new packages just like you did the whole year.
Which part of this did you not understand?

And? They completely changed the way factions work. When they changed commendations you got rep from it. When they change factions you get......shit. Great job leveling up to 20! This scrub who just got the game will get that shader you've been trying to get in a day.

I'm just trying to understand what motivates someone to do something like that. In my opinion, you are a very unhappy person. New players can only get to buy SOME stuff at rank 2 and start receiving the package AFTER rank 3 -- just like we did. What was your problem again?

Some? Have you been playing since day one? They get the exact same shit as you, the dude with 1,000 hours. It may even be better since they get -blam!-ing sidearms and shit.

And in case you didn't notice. All the equipments requires specific level, the more level you have the better gears you can equip. New players may have level boost to 25 while we are at 30 something we can equip far more better gears than they can. New players still have a lot of work for them. You expect

Of course they will get new stuff and we do too. What's the problem with that? We enjoyed Redhand IX we enjoyed Badger CCL and so on but new players didn't. And now year 2 starts, new stuff replace the old, we year one players continue work our way to get it new players work their way to get it. We lose nothing we even have a head start with faction reps. We did had fun with old weapons which new players do not. Really I don't see the problem.
