For me, I don' think it is fair/logical to only bring up [i]some[/i] of the Exotic weapons. It's like allowing you to Ascend Fatebringer, but not Vision of Confluence - it just seems out of place/out of line. Not to mention, each of the Year One exotics had unique perks for different situations, and depending on Bungie's interpretation on what is a "favorite", we could lose very valuable/useful Exotics (IE. MIDA Multi-tool, Patience and Time, Exotic Bounty weapons, etc.).
