Based on the weapons shown (and conversation at the time) I believe the following will have upgrades: Bad Juju, Suros Regine, TLW, Red Death, Invective, Thunderlord, and Truth. Based on the Year 1 weapons he had and not finding an equivalent Year 2, I believe the following won't have Year 2 upgrades (at least initially): Ice Breaker, Universal Remote, Super Good Advice, and Gjallarhorn (I'm sorry).
