Honestly, the only thing I'm wondering now is if we upgrade an Exotic all the way, can we reobtain the 'Blueprint' of it with it fully upgraded? Or do we have to start all over again?
If it's starting all over again my Vault Space doesn't feel so big after all.

For Exotics, they start out at max attack and have their main perks unlocked, but all the newer perks require upgrading.

That's what I took from it. When they were explaining that and making it a point to let us know that year one legendaries wouldn't be upgradable, I noticed they did not mention anything about exotics. It would suck to do all that work to attain then just to have them become futile...

My question exactly. If I need to level up the guns again when I get them from the blueprints there is absolutely no way I´m dismantling them.
