Um this I really want to know.
Mida gonna be upgradeable? Its the ONLY exotic scout rifle in year one. Really should be upgradeable.

All the exotics will be upgradable. However only some will be getting the "year 2" treatment where they fall closer in line with the upgrades and style of year 2.
