year 1 Will upgrade to year 2 version only and not every year 1 exotic will have a year 2 blueprint

Why?, tell why I can't have them on year two, tell why it's so bad to ask that exotics, weapons that are supposed to withstand the test of time have to just be left behind, and tell why you Guys hate that some of us want to keep using them.
