To what rate is one mark (vanguard or crucible) to one accommodation....is it gonna be worth having 200 marks for vanguard and crucible on all three characters?

If that is in fact what it is...I'll be buying all the emblems i dont have and purchasing legendary gear so i can dismantle the gear for legendary marks when ttk comes out.
