So, not much really. Merely a few more options and directions for quest lines related to newer weapons. Perhaps.

It's an assumption only, I could be completely wrong. But somewhere, there will be such vendors, seems logical to me.

There will now be kiosks for separate things, exotic blue print kiosk, exotic armor blue print kiosk, shader kiosk, emblem kiosk etc. not much as far as visual past the look of kiosks.
